Characteristics
Series 156000 manual pumps for oil or grease for lubrications systems Manual pumps for oil and grease for supplying
dual-line lubrication systems, with a flow rate of 3.4 cc.
Complete with hydraulic pressure inverter for the automatic reverse of the lines upon reaching the
set pressure. The pressure can vary from 30 to 150 bar.
The pumps are equipped with a dual effect piston that moves horizontally.
The hardened and lapped steel piston is controlled by valves with small pistons and is
actuated by a lever on the handle with a stub coupling.
By actuating the control lever, one of the two supply lines is pressurised.
After reaching the pressure set using the inverter’s regulation valves, pressurisation inversion is
achieved, indicated by:
a) an increase in resistance of the control lever b) zeroing of the pressure gauge
c) alternating output of the pistons of the pressure regulation valves of the inverter
