Il regolatore è omologato EX secondo la direttiva ATEX per impieghi in atmosfere potenzialmente esplosive per la presenza di gas, vapori o
nebbie, rispondenti ai seguenti parametri: gruppo e categoria attrezzatura
- II 1G; modalità di protezione per l’innesco EEx ia; gruppo di innesco IIC;
classe di temperatura T6; range di temperatura -20°C + 40°C; livello di protezione IP 68.
CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE Corpo esterno in Polietilene pressosoffiato in un unico pezzo. Peso
interno per lo spostamento del baricentro verso l’ingresso del cavo e per la
determinazione del punto di rotazione. Commutatore di comando elettrico max 21,4 mA - 9,6 V. a contatti autopulenti con elevata distanza di
apertura. Cavo speciale di colore blu, adatto all’immersione in idrocarburi.
All’interno del regolatore viene effettuata un’iniezione di poliuretano a
cellule chiuse e non igroscopiche. Tale iniezione elimina ogni particella
d’aria e sigilla il tutto, proteggendo anche il commutatore di comando elettrico. Nota: il regolatore deve essere collegato ad un circuito di
alimentazione a sicurezza intrinseca.

distance between the contacts. Special blue cable for the immersion in hidrocarbons. The float switch is injection filled with closed cell
nonhygroscopic expanded polyurethane, eliminating all air sealing the unit
and completely surrounding the electric control switch. Note: the regulator
has to be connected to an intrinsic safety power circuit.

CARACTERISTIQUES TECHMIQUES Corps externe en Polyéthylène pressé soufflé en une pièce unique. Poids
interne pour le déplacement du barycentre vers l'entrée du câble et pour la
détermination du point de rotation. Commutateur de commande électrique max 21,4 mA - 9,6 V. à contacts autonettoyants avec une distance
d'ouverture élevée. Câble spécial de couleur bleue, adapté à l'immersion
dans les hydrocarbures. A l'intérieur du régulateur une injection de polyuréthane à cellules fermées et non hygroscopiques est effectuée.
Cette injection élimine toute particule d'air et scelle le tout, en protégeant
aussi le commutateur de commande électrique. N.B. Le régulateur doit être relié à un circuit d'alimentation à sécurité intrinsèque.

TECHNISCHE MERKMALE Außenkörper aus einem Stück druckgeblasenem Polyäthylen.
Innengewicht für die Verschiebung des Schwerpunktes zum Kabeleingang und die Bestimmung des Drehpunktes. Elektrischer
Steuerumschalter max. 21,4 mA - 9,6 V. mit selbstreinigenden Kontakten und hoher Unterbrecherstrecke. Blaues Spezialkabel zum Eintauchen in
Kohlenwasserstoffe. Im Reglerinneren wird PUR mit geschlossenen und wasserabweisenden Zellen eingespritzt. Dank dieser Einspritzung wird
jegliches Luftteilchen eliminiert und alles versiegelt, wodurch auch der
elektrische Steuerumschalter geschützt wird. Anmerkung: Der Regler muss an einen Speisungskreis mit eigener Sicherheitsvorrichtung
angeschlossen werden.

CARACTERÍSTICA TÉCNICA El cuerpo externo es de Polietileno soplado a presión en una única pieza.
Posee un peso interno para el desplazamiento del centro de gravedad hacia el ingreso del cable y para la determinación del punto de rotación.
Consta de un conmutador de mando eléctrico máximo 21,4 mA - 9,6 V. con contactos autolimpiantes y con elevada distancia de apertura. Cuenta con
un cable especial de color azul, apto para la inmersión en hidrocarburos.
En el interior del regulador se lleva a cabo una inyección de poliuretano
con células cerradas y no higroscópicas. Esta inyección elimina toda partícula de aire y sigila todo, protegiendo también el conmutador de
mando eléctrico. Nota: el regulador tiene que estar conectado con un circuito de alimentación con seguridad intrínseca.

ТЕХНИЧЕСКИЕ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКИ Наружный корпус из полиэтилена, монолитно выдутого под
давлением. Внутренний вес для смещения барицентра к входу кабеля и определения точки вращения. Переключатель управления
макс. 21,4 мA 9,6 В с самоочищающимися контактами и с большим расстоянием открытия. Специальный кабель синего цвета,
подходящий для погружения в нефтепродукты. Внутрь регулятора вводится полиуретан с закрытыми и негигроскопическими ячейками,
что позволяет удалить все частицы воздуха и все герметизировать, защищая одновременно переключатель управления. Примечание:
регулятор должен быть подсоединен к контур питания с внутренней безопасностью.
