BTL Plummer Block Housings are manufactured from material GS45. Material quality GGG or GG is also possible, on request.

These housings are split and suitable for fitting  spherical roller bearings with cylindrical bore or with adapter sleeves.

Depending on requirements these housings are supplied as either locating or floating bearings.

These housings are equipped with double labyrinth seals at both ends and designed for grease lubrication.  For necessary

regreasing, two grease holes are incorporated midway between the bearings.  The labyrinth seals can also be supplied with

separate grease holes if required.
