Consente la segnalazione ad un fine corsa medinate la fuoriuscita del pistoncino del tappo in caso di eccessivo
surriscaldamento, senza però provocare la fuoriuscita dell'olio dal giunto.
Vengono prodotti in tre differenti temperature di fusione: 120°C, 145°C e 180°C.
Per garantire la rilevazione del segnale anche qualora intervenga una condizione di stallo (motore in rotazione con macchina
ferma), il corpo esterno del giunto deve essere conduttore.
In case of overheating with trip fusible plug, a pin is released and trips a limit switch which gives an alarm or shut off the
electric motor. This method avoids the oil leakage from the coupling.
Fusible trip plugs are available for three different temperatures: 120°C, 145°C and 180°C.
In case of stall conditions, motor running and machine locked, the coupling housing must be driving to guarantee the signal
survey.
