CARATTERISTICHE GENERALI:
• Disponibile nelle versioni doppio effetto “DA” e semplice effetto “SR” (sia
normalmente aperto sia normalmente chiuso) con misure da 3/8” a 2”.
• Flusso unidirezionale.
• P MAX 40 bar (580 psi) nella direzione indicata.
• Attacchi filettati GAS EN 10226-1 Rp (Ex ISO 7/1) - DIN 2999 ; NPT.
• Connessioni del fluido di comando filettate (NAMUR a richiesta con basetta).
• L’ottimizzazione della fluidodinamica interna ha consentito la realizzazione di un condotto con perdite di carico ridotte al minimo.
• Possibilità di utilizzo in qualsiasi posizione di montaggio (orizzontale,
verticale, obliqua).
• Tenuta principale PTFE + VETRO.
• Tenute labbro e o-ring:
- NBR: compatibile con aria, fluidi gassosi, olii, acqua, etc.
- FKM: ottima compatibilità con la maggior parte dei fluidi. Sconsigliato per il vapore.
- EPDM: ottima compatibilità con acqua calda. Non compatibile con prodotti minerali (olii, grassi etc.).
• Possibilità di segnalare l’apertura o chiusura della valvola tramite l’applicazione di finecorsa induttivi a contatto magnetico esterni (disponibili a richiesta). Previo acquisto della versione VIP EVO con magnete
interno, da specificare in fase d'ordine.
• Classe di tenuta VI secondo IEC 60534-4 (ANSI-FCI 70-2 classe VI).
• Conforme alla direttiva Europea 2014/68/UE “PED”.
• Configurazione ATEX 2014/34/UE da richiedere in fase d'ordine.
• Tenuta al vuoto: tasso di fuga <5·10-5 mbar·l/s (Valore inferiore a 2g di
aria a temperatura ambiente l’anno).
GENERAL FEATURES:
• Both Double Acting and Spring Return VIP valves (either Normally Open or Normally Closed) are available in sizes ranging from 3/8” to 2”.
• Unidirectional flow.
• P MAX 40 bar (580 psi) in indicated direction.

GAS threaded ends as per EN 10226-1 Rp (Ex ISO 7/1) - DIN 2999 ; NPT.
• Threaded connections for air supply system (NAMUR adapter plate on request).
• Improved fluid dynamics allow minimum pressure losses.
•
VIP valves can be used in any mounting position (horizontal, vertical or
angled).
• Seat PTFE + GF.
• Lips seals and o-ring:
- NBR: suitable for air, gaseous fluids, oils, water etc.
- FKM: perfectly suitable for most fluid. Unsuitable for steam.
- EPDM: perfectly suitable for hot water. Unsuitable for mineral products
(oils, grease, etc.).
• Possibility to check open / close valve position thanks to inductive limit
switches (magnetic contact) available on request. Internal magnet needs to be requested at VIP EVO order phase.
• Leackage rate class VI according to IEC 60534-4 (ANSI-FCI 70-2 class VI).
• According to 2014/68/EU “PED”.
• 2014/34/EU ATEX configuration available upon request at time of order.
• Vacuum tightness: leack rate <5·10-5 mbar·l/s (Value less than 2g of air at
room temperature per year)
FLUIDO DI COMANDO:
• Aria compressa filtrata non necessariamente lubrificata; in accordo a
UNI EN 15714-3:2009.
• In caso di lubrificazione usare olio compatibile con le guarnizioni impiegate.
• Pressione di comando:
- Doppio Effetto: min. 3 bar (44 psi); max. 8,5 bar (123 psi).
- Semplice Effetto N.C.: min. 4 bar (58 psi); max. 8,5 bar (123 psi).
- Semplice Effetto N.O.: min. 4,5 bar (65 psi); max. 8,5 bar (123 psi).
CONTROL MEDIA:
• Filtered compressed air, not necessarily lubricated; according to UNI EN
15714-3: 2009.
• In case of lubricated air, seal compatible oil must be used.
• Air supply:
- Double Acting: min. 3 bar (44 psi); max. 8,5 bar (123 psi).
- Spring Return N.C.: min. 4 bar (58 psi); max. 8,5 bar (123 psi).
- Spring Return N.O.: min. 4,5 bar (65 psi); max. 8,5 bar (123 psi).
FLUIDO INTERCETTATO:
• Pressione: max. 40 bar (580 psi), vedere diagramma.
• Temperatura:
NBR (anche versione con magnete): da -20°C (-4°F) a +80°C (176°F)
EPDM ed FKM senza magnete: da -20°C (-4°F) a +150°C (302°F)
EPDM ed FKM con magnete: da -20°C (-4°F) a +90°C (194°F)
